Finding Wisdom in practice
All civilizations throughout the millennia understood that Wisdom comes from within, not outside. Philosophers, mystics and seekers identified ‘Knowing Thyself’ as the underlying current of human experience. The essence of Wisdom is self-knowledge.
However, that Wisdom doesn’t show up simply because we ask it to or because we go looking for it. We must live a life that invites it in. We must allow ourselves to have experiences that give us the access to Wisdom.
Our life must become our practice. And along with our constant focus on living a spiritual life, we must also incorporate activities that help us tap into that Wisdom within.
Lien Mei offers inspiration by sharing her own experiences and by giving practical guidance and techniques to help to transcend the thinking mind, awaken spiritually, and open to a new way of being in the World.
