To embrace a healthy yogic lifestyle we promote a vegetarian/vegan diet consisting of pure, simple, natural foods which will give energy to the body, mind & soul.
Three freshly made meals will be provided daily, always charged with Reiki energy.
Our menus offer a gentle and healthy way to detox the body by using a balance of fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains, nuts & seeds and a combination of both raw and cooked foods. These foods increase our physical and mental vitality making it easier to experience clarity, lightness & peace of mind.
Sample Menu
Breakfast
Ginger beetroot detox smoothie, homemade mixed seed integral spelt bread & hummus.
Lunch
Could be brown lentil curry, cabbage fried rice and tomato & peanut salad.
Dinner
Starting with raw vegan carrot soup, followed by beetroot, broccoli & quinoa salad and vegetarian gelatin to finish up.
Lemon water and herbal teas are always available.
